Third WCA levy referendum public meeting held tonight in Hoffman
In the top two video clips from the meeting posted below, WCA Superintendent Pat Westby explains the "aid shift" that the state is putting on the state funding to public schools this year. Photos and more video clips will be added on Thursday.
