West Central Area Knights' track and field performers earn Heart O' Lakes Conference championships

On the girls' side: 400-meter Dash - Tee Rudnitski was champion (1:01.47). 1600-meter Run - Kylee Fernholz was champion (5:28.21). 4x400-meter Relay team were champions (4:17.65) consisting of Kylee Fernholz, Holly Vankempen, Jen Froemming, and Tee Rudnitski.

On the boys' side: High Jump - Beau Kashmark was champion (6-02.00)

They now gear up for the Section 6A, South Sub-Section championships, to be held on Thursday, May 27, at Big Cat Stadium on the Morris campus of the University of Minnesota.
